ICT ministry Public Relations Department reported; fulfilling the commands of Iran supreme leadership in the year which has named as protecting Iran products, funds and work and also defiant Economy, active and effective presence in universal and global management and transferring the power from ICT point of view, presence in global markets and increasing non-oil export especially in ICT zone, reaching stable development and the 5th development plan goals with improving the relations and cooperation in international ICT zone are some of the reasons for holding this congress. Preparing appropriate base for transforming technology, exchanging technical and knowledge experiences, cultural experiences through preparing the related ICT substructure, medias and informing, increasing the quality and quantity of the services presented to the countries which are ECO members are such other goals of this summit. The 1st ECO Summit of Communication Ministers will hold for 3 days from tomorrow in 2 levels of experts and ministers in Sa’d abad historical complex. Holding the exhibition of presenting activists of different sections and Information Technology and Communication zone are such lateral plans of this summit in which the representatives of ICT active private sectors such as Iran Commerce Room, syndicate of Telecommunications producers and computer trading system and also ICT subordinate companies will show their achievements and productions to the visitors. Creating regional trading opportunities and providing the background for entering international trading markets especially ECO member countries markets, identifying new markets for presenting products, exhibiting Iran development in ICT zone, providing the appropriate base for issuing engineering and technical services are some of the other reasons for holding this lateral exhibition beside the main summit.
