PR of the Ministry of ICT- Lotfollah Saboohi, Deputy of technical investigation and license issuance in CRA, said:" the license has been approved to organize these centers for providing services to the people".
"Now, the main commercial and non-commercial companies and agencies give some services, such as the customers' supporting and providing the needs, to the contact centers in order to reduce the costs and manage the customers' data banks", he added.
He continued:" The other services provided by domestic contact center are including: services' intelligent marketing as well as the customers' evaluation".
Deputy of technical investigation and license issuance in CRA said that these services will be provided by using the available resources and continued:" The domestic contact center providers use only ICT available resources to provide their services, so, this leads to optimize the available conditions, creating jobs and improving the quality of services".
"Therefore, the principles for providing the services in the contact center has been approved by CRA to organize and manage the section and in order to provide a legal bed for offering the services by the centers", he continued.
Lotfollah Saboohi said:"The principles of the license has been sent to the professional commission of IT services and networks, in order to expertise study from the viewpoint of legal, technical and regulation and also use the opinion of the experienced masters in ICT area".
"Of course, the principles will be sent to CRA commission to confirm after studying by the mentioned professional commission", he emphasized.
