Obligation for Iran Mobile Phone Operators to respond complaints

The mobile phones users can complain about the services given by operators and they are obligated to evaluate and respond the complaints at the shortest time.

Eng. Hassan Rezvani, the deputy of Supervision and Rules Enforcement in Rules and Radio Communication Regulatory Authority in an interview with ICT ministry’s public Relation Department with saying this, stated that: the operators are obliged to find a way of response to complainers based on activity license terms.
Accordingly, the users can refer the offices specified by the operators and bring their complaints up there.
He asserted that the people can send their complaints to Radio Communication and Rules Regulatory Authority in the manner of inappropriate response from the operators.
The deputy of Supervision and Rules Enforcement in Rules and Radio Communication Regulatory Authority declared that the operators are obligated to reduce probable complaints to the minimum level by increasing the capability of responding besides attending to them.
