As public relation of ICT ministry reported; Eng. Ali Hakim Javadi the minister deputy and the head of Information Technology in the meeting of converging communicative services between Iran and Korea, with pointing to this matter, said that for this, some programs have been codified for serving Iranian with more qualified services by use of ICT.
He added that achieving and developing knowledge and wisdom management based on Islamic-Iranian identity are considered as some of these considerable sections.
He said that by use of ICT, we are providing social justice with high quality for people welfare and asserted that expansion and developing Persian language in virtual environment are some of the plans that by considering available backgrounds in Iran will be pursued seriously.
The deputy of ICT minister evaluated human resources learning as one of the important matters and said: for achieving this, some projects have been defined for teaching human resources by distance learning with cooperation of universities and some ministries like ministry of Science, research and Technology.
He continued: also some plans have been codified for increasing efficiency and creating administrative system based on information technology.
Eng. Ali Hakim Javadi with pointing to the codified programs in the 5th development plan asserted that according to this plan, moving toward making activities and services intelligent are some of the primary national tasks that based on this, the ministry of ICT is defined as master responsible agent for these heavy duties.
He emphasized that giving most of services in virtual environment, exchanging electronic money and creating national smart card for people are some of the other defined goals in this matter.
The Head of Information Technology Organization referred to global and national substructure projects and said that: we are trying to create better Email and search engine and with higher bandwidth available for all Iranian based on Iran 5th development plan.
He said that we are programming toward electronic management and said: codifying communication and information technology standards, creating electronic Police and electronic insurance are the other goals we are trying to reach.
He continued that a work group established under supervision of the president and has minister of ICT in charge, codifying the policies and human resources management for having electronic government in this section.
According to this report, specialized panel of Iran and Korea was held beside of this meeting in which Ali Hakim Javadi, the minister deputy and the head of Information Technology was in charge.
In this work group, Saieed Mahdiyoon the chairman of Information Technology with some managers and experts of Communication Rules Regulatory Organization, Substructure Communication company and Information Technology Organization and also vaious managers in ICT zone from South Korea were present.
Codification of Iran guidelines, goals and plans for ICT development and paving the way for expanding cooperation between Iran and Korea are the other matters have been discussed in this work group.
