As ICT’s public relation reported, Dr. Mohammad Karam Pour in the ceremony of transferring the agreement on control and supervision of communication services between eight related organizations, stated that: with signing this agreement, all the organizations will defend costumers’ rights and competing in ICT zone seamlessly.
He added: this cooperation leads creation of a contiguous network, which with an organized connection will reduce investigation time of probable crimes.
He asserted that now a network society has been created and supervision on this environment must be managed in network mode.
The deputy of ICT ministry believes that this agreement has advantages for ICT beneficiaries and said: costumers are the first beneficiaries and have the most interests.
Otherwise, this kind of agreements leads increase of competitions in communication and information technology zone and ICT services’ producers have the most benefits from this.
General Batooli, the head of Iran’s Criminal Police also in this ceremony said that IT is a determinant agent for world nations’ flourishing and asserted that in recent years, we have very efficient proceedings in this zone and 300percent increase in Police services is one of the results.
As this technology has so many effects on people's safety and welfare, also can give some opportunities for some of the criminals, he added.
Rezvani asserted that creating new crimes, crime’s mode change and crime commitment speed are some of the opportunities provided for criminals.
General Batooli stated: this kinds of agreements can be helpful for speed of criminals’ restraint.
Depend on this report, Nekooyi Mehr, the head of Costumers’ rights Organization pointed out that respecting costumers’ rights underlies ICT development and said that costumer care and respecting costumers’ rights is beneficial to production, because if an activity performs based on Costumers Care, is toward development in that zone.
It is important to mention that this agreement has signed between Communication Regulatory Authority org, Information Technology org, Protection of Consumers and Producers org, Governmental Protests org, Trading System org, Iran's Criminal Police, NAJA Public Safety Police and Substructure Communications company.
