Eng. Hassan Rezvani, Supervision deputy of Rules’ Regulatory Organization stated in an interview with PR’s news unit that this agreement will sign between 8 administrative departments such as Governmental Complaints Org., Consumers and Producers Protection Org., Iran’s Information Technology Org., Iran’s Computerized Trade System Org., Telecommunication Infrastructure Company, Information and Public Security Police and FETA Police.
Last year, a committee with the name of “ICT’s services controlling and supervising committee” was established, he added.
He believes that signing this agreement result in respect for human rights’ based on justice, fairness, precision and transparency and asserted that regulating the cooperation between administrative departments for supervision and preservation effectiveness, are the outputs of the discussions in this section.
Rezvani continued: “learning, creating interrelated workshop for inspection and control of the companies and establishment of regional and provincial committees, are the other principles of this agreement”.
Supervision deputy of Rules’ Regulatory Organizationwith pointing to the departments’ specified duties, declared that the other scopes of this agreement we can refer to, are creating network of delivery, replying and inspection of complaints, arranging and compiling inspections’ processes for people bewilderment avoidance and urgent reply.
