PR of the Ministry of ICT - Hojatoleslam Hossein Eslami, Assistant of the Commission of Article 90 in the parliament said: "Commission of Article 90 in the Parliament consists of five expert committees. Economic, Technical and development Committee is one of them in which the issues of the Ministry of ICT would be reviewed".
"The Commission reviews the complaints received from three branches as well as information provided by the people then offer a report to the President each year about the complaints rate and their analysis", he added.
Hojatoleslam Eslami about the latest reviews of the Ministry of ICT said:" according to the charts of the last four years, complaints from the Ministry of ICT have been reducing and public satisfaction increasing".
"Attending the government representatives in the provinces and cities and meeting the people face to face is one of the reasons of this reduction because people can ask their requests and the government provide them", he emphasized.
He continued: "On the other hand, Ministers of ICT have performed the related issues and problems very seriously during the ninth and tenth cabinet and this has led the chart satisfaction to be in "A" group.
Assistant of the Commission of Article 90 in the parliament about the current complaints in ICT area said: "A part of the remaining complaints related to the coverage of mobile network operators in this area and only in Tehran, because now most of the roads and even the remote villages have been covered by the network".
" The network connection will be cut naturally in Tehran due to the specific architecture system and tower buildings as well as the necessity of using BTS for mobile phone coverage but we hope these issues will be resolved by authorities' measures", he emphasized.
Hojatoleslam Eslami said that holding the tenders was very clear in the ministry of ICT during the ninth and tenth cabinet and continued:" the submitted cases were concerned to before the ninth government and they have been resolved by the managers".
