PR of the Ministry of ICT – Mahmoud Haratiyan nezhadi in his introducing ceremony as the Chairman of Payam Cultural, Sport and Welfare Institute said: Payam institute has a legal, independent, nonprofit and nongovernmental personality which has been bounded to telecommunication, post and post bank managers initially based on the statute of the assembly's members but now managers of all affiliated companies are the assembly's members according to the changes has been made in the new statute.
"Assembly's members will attend to making policy, planning and supervising and judge on the institute activities and programs based on the company's policies", he said.
Haratiyan nezhadi said that deputy of management development and logistics would attend as vice-chief of the assembly and also process of implementing the projects would be followed.
He emphasized: "administrative and financial assistants of affiliated companies will work as non-duty member of the board in Payam institute and the medical center".
Chairman of ICT medical and health center continued:" medical center has a public nature because of its dependence on TIC so its board directors are the same in Payam assembly members according to it's manifesto".
He emphasized: "we have no changes in the organization structure and employment in medical center but some cases such as providing services and the policies of the center will change".
In the ceremony, Borboroodi, deputy of management development and logistics said:" services procedure was not very good in the ministry of ICT but we are trying to improve the process".
"We are going to use all facilities for the staff welfare in Payam club and medical center", he said.
He pointed to the statute and manifestoes of Payam institute and medical center and said the performance of these two institutions would be improved according to the changes and new policy.
Haratiyan nezhadi as the chairman of the board in Payam institute, Hadi Abbasi as the CEO of Payam Cultural, sport and welfare Institute, Rasekh, Khorrambakht and Nemati as the non-duty members of the institute and Dr. Razi and Mehdigholi as the
Members of the board in ICT medical and health center have received their sentence.
It should be mentioned that the new CEO of Payam Cultural, sport and welfare Institute was the assistant of PR of the ministry of ICT before.
