PR of the Ministry of ICT– Lotfollah Saboohi, Deputy of Technical Reviews & License Issuance of CRA, said: “Already Service-Level Agreement (SLA) for point to point physical connection had been approved by the Commission of CRA”.
“Currently, by approving SLA related to Data Communication Quality Level, the service providers have to provide their services according to the approved instructions”, he added.
Saboohi emphasized on codifying this act for implementing so soon and said: “The users in Data Communication sector can also ask their required services according to the SLA from the operators”.
He continued: “Therefore each applicant who needs more quality can pay the related fees according to the defined tariffs and receives his required services”.
Deputy of Technical Reviews & License Issuance of CRA referred to 4 different levels which have been defined in this area. He said that the applicants can receive their required services regarding their considered kind, level, quality and fee in this framework from the service providers.
He emphasized that Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond are the defined levels in this area and increase rate factor has been distinguished according to the base tariff, Bronze.
