PR of the Ministry of ICT – Dr. Reza Taghipour in the sixth conference on Human Resource Development said: "It will be occurred a large development in human resource management by implementing home office project without any movement".
"It has been imparted in our country and its administrative aspects should be developed too", he added.
He pointed that the benefits of using ICT in the field of human resource development include data integrity, integrated look at the organization and human resources as well as making the conditions for planning and effective presence in the plans.
Minister of ICT emphasized: "Strategic human resource management can be achieved by using IT and employing human resource information system".
"Human resource managers can use the information and results of using information systems as a lever to support managing the organization", he continued.
Dr. Reza Taghipour pointed that any organization needs to use information technology extensively for strategic human resource management and said: human resource is considered one of the main factors to develop information technology throughout the world as people's brain.
"Increasing information technology share day by day in GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of countries reflects power of knowledge promotion of human resources in this area", he pointed.
Minister of ICT by referring to the human resource management role in IT development said: "Managers, determiners and decision makers can provide the conditions to execute e-government and provide e-services".
